Get your first diving certification with SSI's Scuba Diver course!
Mateua Dive's Scuba diver programme offers the student an initial experience in the world of diving with one of our SSI instructors in an idyllic setting along the Montgrí coast, diving at the same dive sites that certified divers visit, and enjoying the landscape, flora and fauna hidden in our favourite coves and corners.
While you learn and acquire the basic knowledge and skills to be able to dive independently and safely. The SSI Scuba Diver is your first official certification valid for the entire path and worldwide, which will allow you to dive up to 12 metres always accompanied by a professional.

Although you will learn basic compensation and safety techniques, the main goal is for you to enjoy yourself and have a great time in your first encounter with this wonderful world
Aimed at all audiences, the only requirement is to be over 10 years old.
All the necessary materials to carry out the activity will be provided by the centre, you only need to bring a swimsuit and towel in case you want to shower once the activity is finished!
Online theory. Theoretical class (approximately 2 hours), pool session (2 hours) and two sea dives (6 hours)
We will create a profile for you at SSI and you will receive the official SCUBA DIVER certification! Everything will be ready if you want to become a diver by completing your Open Water Diver course
