These Terms and Conditions of Purchase are intended to regulate contracts with consumers or users (hereinafter, “users”), concluded outside commercial establishments and at a distance; the provisions on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods; and the regulations on civil liability for damages caused by defective products, in relation to purchases made on our website (hereinafter referred to as the online store, website, or web page).
Our entity reserves the right to modify the content of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time; therefore, we recommend that users review them each time they make a purchase.

- Security and Protection for Buyers
When making a payment, no one will be able to access the user’s financial data, which provides greater security in the payment process. Payment gateways use the Redsys system, redirecting data to secure servers so that no one—not even us—can access or store your information. All of this is in compliance with the applicable legal framework regarding the protection of users’ personal data, which will not be used for any purpose other than providing the requested service.
Likewise, we inform you that we have taken all necessary security measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the guarantees established in our Security Policy, in compliance with Article 24.1 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 28.1 of Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as Article 41.1(c) of Law 9/2014, of May 9, General Telecommunications.
To ensure that your online payment is completed without any issues and to minimize any unauthorized intrusion into your banking data, you will be automatically redirected to your bank’s online payment platform, where strong authentication will be carried out to verify that the payment request has indeed been made by you. This complies with the European Directive on Digital Payment Services (PSD2), which includes important security measures that improve the payment and authorization process for online purchases and applies to all banks and customers.

- Place an order
Following the instructions we will provide during the checkout process, placing an order will be very simple; you just have to select the chosen products and quantities and, once you have verified in the shopping cart that your purchase is correct, complete the order.
If you are already registered as a Customer, you must enter your login details. Otherwise, you must register by providing the information we request.
Once the payment has been made using your preferred method (credit card or PayPal), and once the purchase process is complete, we will show you the confirmation of receipt of your order at the warehouse.
We can only sell our products to you if you are over 18 years old. The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us.
- Product prices
All product prices advertised on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in EURO (€).
When a discount is applied to products, it will be clearly indicated, specifying the percentage of the discount applied to the product; the price indicated in the sales offer is non-negotiable.
Mateua Dive reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, so it is suggested that they be verified by the buyer before placing any order or making a payment.
- Payment method
You can pay on our website at no additional cost using PayPal or through your bank's mobile app. We also accept credit and debit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, and MasterCard).
To ensure your payment is processed without any issues and to minimize any unauthorized intrusion into your banking data, you will be automatically redirected to your bank's online payment platform, where you will need to authorize the payment and thereby confirm the order you have placed.
- Gift Coupon Conditions
Gift coupons allow you to redeem their amount when purchasing products in our online store, obtaining a discount on the total price of your purchase in our online store. Gift coupons do not expire and will not be exchangeable for cash.
Gift coupons consist of a unique promotional code that you must insert during the checkout process, as this is the only way for the discount on your purchase to take effect.
Gift coupons may be redeemed by anyone who enters the promotional code; therefore, the user is recommended to guard them and treat them confidentially to prevent them from being used by other people.
Mateua Dive 2025, s.l, will not assume any responsibility for the misuse of gift coupons by the user.
Products/items acquired through the redemption of a gift coupon will likewise be subject to the rights described in these conditions.
- Service availability
The products/items are available, and therefore their shipment is limited solely to Mainland Spain, thus excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
If, for any reason beyond our control (natural disasters, armed conflicts, etc.), delivery is not possible, we will let you know before the order is finalized.
- Product availability
All orders placed by you are subject to the availability of the product/item in our stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of stock, a refund will be issued for the amount (€) paid for it.
- Delivery Policy
The delivery of products/items will be carried out once the order has been paid for and confirmed.
They will be shipped according to the delivery details previously provided by you on our website and delivered within the following maximum periods starting from the date of the order confirmation:
- 48 hours for Mainland Spain
This period may be increased if the order is placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case the delivery period will begin to count from the first working day after your order is paid for and confirmed.
If delivery cannot take place within the period indicated above, or because you are absent, we or the transport company will contact you through the means you provided during the purchase process and offer you an alternative delivery date.
If at the time of purchase any of the products are temporarily unavailable due to being out of stock, you will be informed so that you may choose another option.
If, at the time of preparing your order, we do not have stock of any of the products, you will be informed of the expected delivery date, the possibility of replacing it with another product of the same cost and characteristics, or the option to cancel your order.
The product will be considered delivered when there is evidence of its delivery to you, by means of signing the proof of delivery, or by a third party designated by you and their signature.
Our company shall not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product in the following cases:
- Strikes and lockouts
- Public disorder, terrorist threats, or war
- Fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or any other natural or health phenomenon.
- Restrictions on the use of means of transport, both private and public
- Inability to use private or public telecommunications systems

- Facturation
You may request an invoice for all your purchases, free of charge, in accordance with **Article 63.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16**, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Depending on the amount of your purchase, we may issue a simplified invoice in accordance with the provisions of **Article 4 of Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30**, which approves the Regulation governing invoicing obligations; the legal deadline established for its issuance will be the 16th day of the month following the purchase, as set out in **Articles 11 and 18** of said Royal Decree.
Your invoices will be sent to your email or included with your shipment, provided you request this during the checkout process. If requested via email, the invoice will be an electronic invoice and will comply with the requirements established in Articles 9 and 10 of the aforementioned Royal Decree.
- Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time; to do so, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email toinfo@mateuadive.com.com. The data we require to process this request are the following:

Once the order cancellation has been requested, we will contact you to provide our confirmation.
If, at the time of requesting the cancellation, the order has already been shipped, we will notify you of the shipment status and the procedure to follow in our cancellation confirmation.
- Right of Withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal for purchases made on our website. Therefore, you may return the products/items within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you acquired them, pursuant to Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
All of our products/items may be returned, with the exception of those established in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. This includes, for example, bottles that have been opened, tampered with, or exposed to unsuitable conditions due to the rapid deterioration of their contents.

This form complies with the requirements of **Annex B of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007**.

It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for subsequent resale.
- Returns and Refunds
The return will imply the reimbursement of the purchase amounts and, if they existed, the delivery costs. The repayment of said sums will be carried out through the same payment method with which the product/item was acquired and after receiving your returned purchase, within a maximum period of **14 calendar days** starting from the receipt of your withdrawal, in accordance with **Articles 76 and 107.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16**.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the products subject to withdrawal, and you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within **14 calendar days** from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw, pursuant to **Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16**. The return shall be made to **Mateua Dive 2025, S.L.**, at the following postal address: **Plaça Punta Montgó nº 2, 17130, L’Escala – Girona**.
The product/item to be returned must be perfectly packaged and sealed to ensure it does not suffer any damage during transport. Returns will not be accepted for those products/items established in **Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16**, such as bottles that have been opened, tampered with, or exposed to unsuitable conditions due to the rapid deterioration of their contents.
It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for subsequent resale.
In the event of a **State of Alarm** and any potential extensions, the deadlines for returning products purchased through any method—whether in-person or online—may be suspended. The specific terms for the interruption and resumption of these periods will be determined by the **legally binding regulations** approved at that time.
- Garanties
According to Article 118 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, if the product/item presents defects that prevent its normal use or does not offer the features described according to its nature, you shall be entitled to its replacement, a price reduction, or a refund of the amount paid (as established in Articles 119, 120, 121, 122, and 123 of RDL 1/2007) within a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
To do so, you must contact us in writing at the following email address:info@mateuadive.com,specifying the nature of the problem, the timing and conditions under which it appeared, and your choice regarding your warranty rights (replacement, refund, etc.).
In the event that you choose a refund for the product/item, it will be processed within a maximum period of **14 calendar days**, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include the reimbursement of the purchase price of the product and the delivery costs, if any were applied.
If you choose to have the product/item repaired, it will be completely free of charge. In cases where the repair carried out is not satisfactory and the item does not meet the optimal conditions for its intended use, you will be entitled to a replacement of the purchased product with another of identical characteristics or to a refund of the price paid.
You must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within **14 calendar days** from the date you communicate your decision to us. The shipment must be sent to Mateua Dive 2025, S.L., at the following postal address: Plaça Punta Montgó nº 2, 17130, L’Escala – Girona.
You shall be responsible for managing the return and for any costs associated with it.

- Aplicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
Purchase contracts for products/items formalized through our website shall be governed by Spanish legislation, and any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be submitted to the Spanish courts and tribunals.
For any matter relating to online purchases, judicial jurisdiction shall lie with the judges and tribunals of the user's domicile.
